Come and unstick yourself with Julia and her magic balls!
Julia is bringing us the most fantastic fascial release class to Breathing Space Studio. Her sessions are a really casual affair which are both intensely calming while also being a little bit fun and interesting! I love these sessions with Julia, and always leave feeling a little more sprakly inside.
All equipment needed is provided. Feel free to take your own yoga mat if you prefer. Wear comfortable clothes, layers are good to ensure you remain comfortable throughout the session.

Come join us for our second social with Bret.
He’s back to take us through a Strength Circuit at Results Gym: 30-minutes of barbell work then a 30-minute weights circuit. Bret is a top PT and strongman. I’ve been doing his Strengths Circuits for a few months now - and LOVE them!

Asana Clinic: inversions
Your deep-dive into yoga asanas.
A chance for us to breakdown postures out of a sequence, play and explore a little deeper.
This will be a monthly/bi-monthly session, focusing on a few different postures, transitions or groups of asanas each month.
This months session we’re going to play with inversions… Some of my favourite asanas are the ones that let us be upside down! There’s something very therapeutic about playing with gravity and seeing the world upside - plus, you’ll never notice your body more than when you try to turn it upside down!
We’ll stretch, strengthen then play with downdog (adho mukha svanasana), headstand (sirsasana) and some variations, crow (bakasana) and some variations, and handstand hops/handstands (adho mukha vrksasana).
Anything else? Give me a shout and we’ll get into it too.

The first session will be at a reduced cost of £8 (or free to unlimited members), as we’re going to spend 10-minutes chatting a little about what we’d like to dig into and explore more of. So I’ll have my notebook at the ready and I’m keen to know what kinda route you’d like to go down!
February’s Asana Clinic will be a more loosely themed, and we’ll work with what’s requested on the day.

For Januarys Saturday Social we’ll move through our yoga flow, then hunker down with Jo as she guides us through a self facial massage routine... Including use of her stunning Rewild Skincare products - lush!

Well. Resistance training and mindfully fuelling our body might be a really good place to start!
Come join me and two of my favourite yogis, Iain and Elena. Elena is a passionate nutritionist and Iain is a well renowned PT with a focus on wellbeing and mental health. Together we’ll take you through a morning of yoga, strength training and nutrition chat.
