For this months Saturday Social strongman

Bret is going to take us through a Strength Circuit at Results Gym. 30-minutes of barbell work then a 30-minute weights circuit. Bret is a top PT and I’ve been doing his Strengths Circuits for a few months now - and LOVE them! Come play team.
