Come join us and we’ll go back to basics - learing about breathwork, foundational postures and why we do them... and how we can bring more yoga into our lives. No need to be able to touch your toes, promise!
This class is perfect for beginners, but also, if you want a little wriggle and stretch on a Sunday morning please come along… All welcome, team.

You can book a single class, or a block of classes. It’s running two Sundays, a Sunday off, then another two Sundays. Join us for a block of 4-classes at £40, then you’ll get a free class pass to use at your leisure.
