Come join Laura and we’ll go back to basics - learing about breath work, foundational postures and why we do them... and how we can bring more yoga into our lives. No need to be able to touch your toes, promise!
Join us for a relaxed hour together as we move, breathe and have a wee explore of all things yoga.

Sunday 3rd, 10th, 24th and 31st August
This is a block of classes; two Sundays, a Sunday off, then another two Sundays. Join us for £40 and you’ll get four classes and receive a free class pass to use in September. If you can’t manage one of the weeks, email Laura and she can look into moving you to a weekday class instead.
