  • Morning SLOW CLUB

    You’re 30-minute morning mobilisation to help you start your day breathing and moving consciously. Choose which area of the body you’d like to work on or select a class theme.

  • MORNING FLOW

    45-mins to get into your body and out of your head. Instead of picking up your phone, come and jump in to a morning class recording to help you breath, mobilise, stretch and strengthen before your day has even started.

  • EVENING FLOW

    Find a 45-minute flow to help you shake off your day, switch off from the world for a wee bit, and be present in your body. Find class recordings on areas you want to stretch, strengthen, or pick an asana you’d like to work towards.
