CANCELLATIONS

Students can cancel their attendance from class up to 24 hours prior to start of the class. If the single class booking was purchased using their bank card, the customer will automatically be refunded. If the class was booked using a class pack let me know which class you would like to reschedule your booking for. If you cancel less than 24-hours prior to the start of class, there will be no refund or rescheduling of your booking. You must login to your account to cancel yourself out of the class or use the link on your class confirmation email.

UNLIMITED MEMBER CANCELLATIONS

If you purchased an Unlimited class membership, you also have 24 hours prior to the start of a class to cancel your booking. You must login to your account to cancel yourself out of the class or use the link on your class confirmation email.

If you cancel 24 hours before a class starts, you will be charged £5. With classes being fully booked, this is just to try and prevent wasted spaces in classes.

STUDENT RESPONSIBILITY

By booking into a class, the student agrees to listen to their body, and be aware of all risks involved in a class. The student accepts full responsibility for injuries that they expose themselves too.
